      Databricks has been a fantastic place to work for the past year. The culture is very inclusive and everyone feels like they're driving towards the same mission. We're really creating a lasting company and are making a difference for our customers. Hyper growth, exciting, and truly innovative. I couldn't be happier

      You need to be ready for ambiguity and to move quickly. That comes with companies that are growing at the rate we are, but if you're prepared for that, it's really a pro. Just something to be aware of

      Very open and collaborative culture. Technology that works and is constantly innovating. Company created the Lakehouse space and it has a great value proposition Great compensation and benefits

      I needed to dig deep for anything like a Con. Maybe the challenge of a fast growing company and that is constant change.
