      Cons

      Product & process decisions are generally tailored to fit what works best for the largest customers and the staff closest to HQ, so those working outside that space have to work harder to make their voices heard.

      Pros

      Teamwork makes the dream work is very apt for Databricks. Each of the founders have their own strengths and all these strengths together make a dream work. The CEO Ali is good at channelizing and maximizing their strengths. They ensure that each of the future teams they build have the same strengths, values and principles. CEO Ali's direction is precise and concise. The databricks platform is great and the company's Lakehouse vision is making many organizations data driven companies.

      Cons

      Only con I think of is - there is no company's contribution to 401K
