Pros

Amazing R&D teams. The amount of innovation output is just staggering and there are always new things to learn. Hiring bar is high - which means you are always surrounded by people smarter than you, and it is a good thing.

Cons

Working in pre-sales can lead to work-life imbalances

Pros

- Fast pace of innovation which is very needed in this space - Strong and maturing sales culture - Highest pay package I have seen with major IPO potential - Thoughtful and sustainable growth (no layoffs, hopefully we aren’t over hiring, focus on profit over revenue at all costs) - Autonomy for senior salespeople, I’ve been working remotely the entire time and no RTO plans for my role

Cons

- Lots of hiring so we are still building and maintaining our unique culture with some bumps - Territories are not even and salesops decisions are immature (ie verticalizing mid-year causing major disruption due to poor planning) - Quotas increased dramatically (leadership very bullish on the product selling itself and needs to justify high comp packages)
