      -Leadership is completely transparent with the short term and long term goals of the company, and even disclosed financial details about path to IPO at the company kickoff -Product is truly gamechanging for customers -Massive “land and expand” opportunities -Market is growing rapidly - Product, Market fit is excellent -Massive amount of supporting resources to assist in sales cycles (solutions architects, specialists, business value consultants, delivery architects, renewal specialists, etc.) -Clearly defined sales processes -Company is growing rapidly - looking to add another 2000 people in 2023 -High salary, OTE and Equity compensation packages
