      Pros

      I really don't recommend anyone to join Salesforce team at Databricks. No work life balance. Unrealistic expectations. Expected to spend more than 15 Hours to spend for companies since managers are spending same time.

      Cons

      No work life balance. expected to work more than 15 Hours for the company because management folks are spending time. 80% of the Salesforce resources gets really low points for various reasons and the reasons are laughable

      Pros

      I have the opportunity to work with some very brilliant minds from a variety of high-profile backgrounds (FAANG, cutting-edge startups, etc.) both internally and at the customers I get to work with. The company culture is very fun and light-hearted, helping to keep morale high and deliver better results to our customers.

      Cons

      As is the case with any rapidly growing company, there are some areas where there have been frequent changes; depending on how rigid you like your roles and responsibilities, this could potentially be a con for some people.
