Pros

Since I first started at Databricks, it was obvious that a healthy company culture was a pillar to their values. Databricks cares a lot about their employees and demonstrate that everyday (even with the transition to WFH). They invest a lot into their employees and have a core focus on training, growing and promoting individuals from within.

Cons

I haven't had a lot of negative experiences at Databricks. I think they have a focus on promoting a healthy work/life balance, but top performers are consistently putting in more than they are expected to.
