      Pros

      Amazing founders, great culture and the smartest people. Databricks is well positioned in the data and AI space across all the clouds and the lakehouse platform is a game changer. Every brickster embraces the company vision and culture. There is so much of innovation at super fast pace from R&D and product and the field is super talented to use that effectively in solving customer needs.

      Cons

      Growing super fast and the road might be a little bumpy but the company sure knows where to go and how to get there.
