      There are none. Lots of promises and zero delivery.

      Impossible workloads; top down mentality is that you are a body there to churn work; churn and burn mentality.

      Growing pains make abuse too easy to get away with

      Pros

      Great pay & benefits. Strong executive leadership (mostly, with some exceptions that seem to be being handled). Smart & talented hard working colleagues. Excellent product.

      Cons

      Abusive/toxic middle managers & lower levels of leadership ruin the otherwise good culture. Good people getting run off for bad reasons (“bad culture fit” is sometimes their nice way of saying “they won’t answer my phone calls at 9:30 pm on a Saturday and they don’t laugh at my sexist jokes”). Sales org rampant with bullying and tasteless “not politically correct” jokes that don’t belong in a professional environment. Leadership & HR seem to look the other way on these issues so long as business results are good.
