Pros

(1) Base pay is moderate but great paper money through stocks (2)Great amenities like free food , snacks , office space, cab, gym allowance (but you'll have no time and peace of mind to enjoy it )

Cons

1) no onboarding - namesake enablement and mentorship .You are on your own from day1 2)Lot of metrics and day to day target - forcing only on quantity and not on quality - only super human can achieve this 3)Many rounds of interview which spans across months to get hired ( includes reference check - might call your existing company colleagues through backdoor without your approvals- offer letter gets released after the reference check- so beware , you might end up losing your existing job as well 😜) (4) Average 15-17 hours of work everyday - and they expect individuals to support on weekends as well (5)Hire and fire policy -favouritism and managers can shout at you anytime if you don't meet their expectations (6) Though they provide enough leaves - you can't avail them (7) It's a pure individual contributor role - no team work, you won't get help from teammates as everyone will be busy with unachievable targets (8) Very toxic and stressful work culture - be prepared to join only if you can forget life and family (9) Please join here only if you just need money and are ok to sacrifice your life and health

Pros

Tech is innovative, and the FE team is mostly talented. If you’re lucky enough to have a fair and supportive manager, you’ll feel valued, and your experience will be drastically different—maybe even rewarding!

Cons

If you’re a woman, do NOT expect recognition, career growth, or fair treatment unless you’re part of the “inner circle.” If you’re not in the inner circle, you’re disposable—no matter how hard you work. Work-life balance is a joke—you’ll be grinding late nights and weekends with zero downtime. The burnout is real, and the long-term damage isn’t worth it. Constant org changes create chaos, and the toxic dynamic between AEs and SAs only makes things worse!
