      Overall, the people here are the smartest I’ve ever worked with. You’re constantly being challenged to rethink a problem and if you see an opportunity, there’s a big chance you can be the one who can fix it. Fun, scrappy place to work.

      The pace of work and work/life balance can be a challenge sometimes.

      - One of the most innovative technologies in the industry - One of the fastest growing SaaS companies in history - All of my coworkers are incredibly smart, humble, and driven - Very impressed with the cofounders' vision for the company - Company has a very transparent and honest culture, which is really appreciated as an employee -- helps build trust

      Cons

      - Growing pains in processes, systems, and team structures - Not much structure for career development or growth - Be prepared to work your tail off (as expected, but just stating the obvious) - Lots of fire drills - Sales and Engineering teams are growing at an aggressive clip; whereas, supporting teams/departments are growing at a fraction of that

      - Little investment in backend tools and infrastructure (for cost centers) - IT structure is disorganized and mismanaged - In some orgs there seems to be hiring skewing towards nepotism , which tends to create the culture and processes of certain previous companies
