      - Strong culture where teams always chip in to help and not just regionally but globally. - Management are understanding about limited resources and task prioritisation -Strong data-driven culture which is fair to people who put in effort and generate results that is not only driven by sales numbers. - Very talented individuals in every level

      Cons

      Only suitable for individuals who know how to manage work life balance. If individual does not know how to say no or not willing to speak up and ask to rescheduling meetings or work, this is not a suitable place as they will find never ending work. Typical of any startup company or organization.

      Pros

      As I just finished onboarding process, it was great and well prepared session to start work. Databricks has the great vision, solutions and opportunities.

      Cons

      Onboarding process was great, however, it was too long and too much.

      Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow in different aspects of technology and consulting. You never experience rocketship until you're at Databricks.

      The company is in the hyper-accelerated phase currently. There're always constant pressure to outdo yourself in order to progress - this is the pressure you put on yourself in order to progress
