      Databricks is a fantastic place to work hard and have fun. Love the team and our customers, we're doing extraordinary things with data!

      Cons

      There's so much to do at Databricks and never enough time. You have to be super organised and willing to let some things go...You just cant do it all in a HYPER growth company.
