Pros
Databricks has got a great work culture wherein leaders lead by example reflecting transparency in their communications. Very supportive colleagues and internal stakeholders. People are always very welcoming of new ideas, new approach. There is a lot of room for everyone to grow and learn and everyone at the organisation is supportive of that. There are some great benefits like WFH setup allowance, headset allowance, gym reimbursements (one of the best that you would see).
Cons
Some of the internal processes needs to be streamlined, but they are being worked upon and are taking shape.
