I have worked at other large tech companies, but I have never seen such a concentration of talent in one place. * Compensation: one of the best in the market. * Tech driven: all the founders are extremely technical and they understand technology from bottom to the top. Same goes for the middle management. It makes it much easier to have conversations with the management or anyone in the leadership.
