Databricks is a fast growing company and being rapidly adopted by more and more customers that are trying to accelerate development and delivery of analytics solutions. Throughout this rapid growth they've been able to create an amazing culture of excellence and teaming throughout the field organization.
Cons
Super fast paced company. You will work hard. Not a company to join if you want to coast. Databricks is growing really fast and is rapidly evolving our Data Intelligence Platform (a.k.a. Lakehouse) so if you join Databricks you need to be able to work in a fast paced environment that's laser focused on providing business value for our customers.
