      Working with the smartest people on the most challenging problems at massive scale. Very open and welcoming culture.

      Cons

      The company is growing at a very fast pace which might make it challenging to integrate new employees.

      Pros

      It's truly rare to find an amazing product/solution that customers love, and to find a super positive, fun culture. This has both! The leadership team is made up of people that actually care about their teams, care about the customers succeeding, and are trying to do the right thing. Culture is a something that is focused on consistently.

      Cons

      Hyper-growth is not for everyone. This is one of the fastest growing software companies ever, so the pace is super fast and change is a constant. Some people love that pace, but some don't. If you do not want to stretch yourself, look for a slower pace environment.

      The Databricks culture in EMEA is amazing. Whilst I knew I was joining a rocketship I did not fully appreciate the journey I was on. 6 months in, I have learnt loads, met amazing colleagues in a phenomenally fast growing team/region, exceeded my own expectations and won an award! You will work very hard here but you will also be surrounded by people who want you to be successful and will support you to get there.

      Cons

      If you are not at the top of your game, you will fall behind so be prepared to bring your best.
