Pros

- Great opportunities - Great leadership - Little drama - Liquidity! (Soon, based on press reports) - Wildly successful

Cons

- You have to work hard to figure out your work life balance - It's a company that wants to be great -- that means that if you're looking for a startup job where you can go take on any problem across the company even if you're not remotely qualified, you won't likely find it here. - Some parts of the company have been under-invested in, and can be frustrating.
