      Pros

      The culture is great and healthy. People are very approachable, friendly, and helpful. Ali is very transparent and honest. They have many great ERGs and they also do salary equity in accordance with the Fair Pay Workplace.

      Cons

      Wish there was more diversity in hiring. Health benefits aren’t the best. No 401k matching but hopefully they’ll consider it when we go public.

Lots of opportunities for growth and to learn from some of the most talented individuals in their respective fields. flexible time off, fantastic benefits and great positive energy.

      Rapid growth in size leads to reorganizations, management, and title changes not infrequently.
