Toxic culture & poor leadership

Pros

Welcome to the “rocketship”. Great people, free lunch

Cons

Managers and leadership are not incentivized to promote. Extremely difficult, convoluted, and not transparent performance cycles. You are fully in charge of your own growth and will not be encouraged to develop. Few learning opportunities when everything is urgent and a fire drill. Many managers should not be people managers.

Pros

Being a Brickster means having a meaningful role and making an impact every day. It also offers the opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled professionals in data and AI. Everyone is deeply passionate about the product and innovation, with a strong customer-centric approach. "Raising the bar" remains one of our core values.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, which can lead to a lack of stability in organization and processes. This requires agility and the ability to navigate your own path to stay on track.
