- Great product - Passionate and smart people - Honest, accountable, visible, transparent CEO & C-Suite - Clear roadmap and exciting strategy

Cons

- London office is loud, hard to get work done when there. However, the company has a good attitude to remote working (long may this continue please!) and is expanding it. - The product moves fast, and sometimes it's tough to keep up with new features alongside doing the day job
