>International work environment (even in Paris office) >fair rewarding environment = you work, you perform, you're rewarded >defined career paths with challenging and impactful projects >good work life balance >amazing corporate life (Party pups every months, free food and drinks, travels)

Cons

>the company grows very fast, it's hard to follow sometimes >US-based HQ with lacks of clear communication
