      Pros

      The culture here is vibrant, and the work I’ve done has felt truly meaningful. I’ve been fortunate to have a great team that consistently supports me, collaborative environment at Datadog, where people genuinely support one another, has been a highlight.

      Cons

      Remuneration could be better, but there is space for negotiation, I guess I was just happy with Job offer so I simply accepted the first offer.
