Pros

Cons
- Rapid headcount growth and an cautiousness around strict top-down process can mean that newcomers or new teams can take a while to get acclimated
- Standard tech company unlimited PTO concerns - you need to remember to take time off at your own pace, can be easy to forget to do this when some people around you take time off very willingly
- If you're not in one of the main time zones for your department, you may have to work irregular (not 9 to 5) to align with your team (this could be a pro depending on your sleeping schedule).
