Pros

- Good company to work for if you're NOT in sales - mediocre benefits - Comp structure is pretty generous, if you get lucky with inbounds and a decent patch, there's some real money to be made here

Cons

This is hands down the absolute worst company I've ever worked for. I wish I would've taken the Sales Glassdoor reviews seriously, but they talked a big game during the interview process, and I made the mistake of trusting them. Don't be me. This job has sucked the absolute soul out of me, and there's no sign of it getting any better any time soon. Here's a list of the worst offenses so far; - Super cliquey teams that you WILL be excluded from - Extremely competetive mindset that drives wedges between the teams and teammates - Absolutely zero leniancy for anything - Managment will absolutely play favorites with more tenured reps - There is no consideration for inbounds, you will be compared to people getting 3-5 closed/won deals from inbounds ONLY with no consideration - Management talks a big game of caring, but at the end of the day they don't. There isn't any assistance, they tell you you're doing great until suddenly you're the worst employee they've ever had, and they let you know. - Absolutely NO ONE is hitting quota, maybe 5% of the floor and most of them are hitting it due to inbounds - Patches are awful. They force you to work accounts that have no use case or budget, and get upset when you try to ask about getting new accounts - The micromanagment culture is absolutely rampant. If you don't do things or say things exactly how they want you to, you're in trouble - On the flip side, if you ask for too much advice or feedback, they'll sit you down and have a long talk about how you're not an "indapendent rep" - Turnover rate is astronomical. There's a reason all these people keep leaving. Please, please PLEASE take these reviews seriously, and don't make the same mistake I did. Run far, far away from this company and never look back.

Pros

Very good product that outperforms competitors in the space.

Cons

This sales organization is a sweatshop. Management treats their AE’s like children and is unbelievably out of touch. You will be required to be in office early and leave late. Extremely frowned upon to leave at the normal time. Very frat bro type culture with constant negativity and hate towards anyone who doesn’t fit their ideology of a rep. Accounts and territories have been churned dozens of times and every account has had 5+ reps already draining it. Extremely hard to hit number for 75% of AE’s. You will get absolutely zero work life balance here. Feels almost like an internship. Consistent threats of losing your job by management if you are not performing. Your activity will be tracked and you will be reprimanded if you do not have slack open and respond within minutes. Off the clock harassment from upper management to work on accounts including weekends. STAY AWAY

Ensuring that our employees are appropriately supported in their roles is important to us, and we're disappointed that this wasn't your experience. Pros

- stocked kitchen, healthy options - RSUs, 401k match, great health insurance - strong onboarding program, fantastic way to break into tech sales

Cons

- blatant favoritism, your success will suffer if you don’t fit their mold - accounts sourced are low quality, get ready to reach out to prospects who are sick of hearing from us for the last 2-3 years or are experiencing budget cuts due to the current economic environment. - leads that are occasionally sourced are frequently unqualified or outside of your territory, and must be either disqualified or reassigned. - contradictory statements are always made. They preach work/life balance but give you a workload that requires 60 hours a week to accomplish. They will say it’s okay to miss quota but get ready to be threatened with unemployment when you actually do. They do not care about factors beyond your control, only results. - only 20% of reps are actually hitting their quota. - high turnover
