Toxic, discriminatory culture hidden behind “fast growth” image

Pros

This company hides behind flashy branding and “diversity” slogans, but the reality is toxic. Leadership protects a white male inner circle where bias, racism, and sexism go unchecked. Women and people of color are undermined, excluded from opportunities, and pushed out. Speaking up is punished, while favoritism and retaliation are the norm. HR is not neutral. They cover for management, silence complaints, and pretend to “coach” employees who are actually being set up to fail. If you are not part of the frat style culture, you are treated as expendable. They do not value integrity, fairness, or respect. Anyone considering working here should think twice.

Cons

Racist and sexist culture Retaliation against employees who advocate for themselves HR protects management, not employees No real support or career development for women or minorities Toxic favoritism and frat boy politics

Pros

-High-performing, driven team that sets a strong standard—great place to learn and be challenged. -Supportive and collaborative peers who are both talented and enjoyable to work with. -Strong product with a clear value proposition and solid market fit—feels good to work on something impactful. -Fast-paced environment with lots of learning opportunities. You will know more than when you walked in the door.

Cons

-The company has shifted over time and now operates in a culture of fear and blame, particularly from senior leadership. -What was once a collaborative environment has become increasingly focused on cost-cutting and micromanagement. -Leadership—especially from the COO to senior customer success leaders—seems more invested in identifying who to exit next than in developing or retaining strong performers. -Earning potential is routinely chipped away through comp plan changes and shifting expectations, often without clear justification. -Transparency and trust have declined significantly, and psychological safety is lacking. -Unfortunately, this no longer feels like the company I was excited to join years ago.
