      Great people/Management needs a lot of work

      Unlimited PTO Almost all of the people here are very nice and intelligent

      Cons

      Management on the solutions team is all over the place. They do not know how to communicate at all. They basically push initiatives and major changes on you with no heads up or warning at all. They just announce a meeting, where it's nearly everyones first time hearing about anything, and then they tell you there's a major change happening. They only care about metrics/data that don't quite tell the full story. They only want to see the solved tickets amount be as high as possible; which I get from a pure business perspective, but customer satisfaction comes first. It's not worth out to pump out mediocre responses for the sake of solving tickets and customer's aren't happy.

      Leadership is Confused

      Pros

      The benefits are good. I believe in the product and think there's a good future for the business. There are a lot of people on the solutions team that have diverse backgrounds that give unique perspectives.

      Cons

      The pay is below market rate and they acknowledged there wouldn't be a cost of living increase, especially with respect to ~8% inflation. The solutions team has been undergoing a reorganization as we move from a startup mentality to a more corporate system. This has been rolled out terribly via multiple different initiatives. Leadership has repeatedly thanked the rank-and-file for their constructive feedback only to ignore our requests (like more support from senior team members or continuing education). The individual contributors have asked for the reasoning behind certain decisions like "how did you set that quota?" and "when should we expect feedback?" I haven't heard answers to those questions yet. The solutions teams is so bad that most peoples' goal is to use it as a stepping stone into another division.

      Great office, terrible culture

      Pros

      The perks of the office we’re great from the snacks to drinks and tampons they provided in the women’s bathroom. Great health insurance! Provided catered lunches 3x a week but always had leftovers for the other 2 days.

      Cons

      Terrible (to no) growth possibilities. Very political office (you need to play the game/or have the right person like you). No training. Management was not qualified to lead the team. Team lead was very rude and gossipy. Poor working hours, you’re expected to work late nights, weekends and during PTO.
