      - learned a ton about deal progression, sales tactics, MEDDIC - great place to learn about saas and tech sales

      Cons

      - very underpaid compared to other roles in the industry. there are sdr's making the base pay that AE's are - payout of commission is confusing - very political when it comes to promotions and moving up in the company
