      Pros

      An incredible product providing one of the best solution on the market. People from Engineering and Sales team are really focused on bringing the best to our clients. We've been growing very fast for the past 3 years and the everyone is working to make sure that Datadog innovates on all the pillars that constitute our platform. It's a very dynamic pre-IPO company and you can feel it on a daily basis. A lot of recognition from our customers and partners.

      A lot to deliver but it is worth it regarding the company's situation on the market

      Ongoing training and development at a high level Flat structure - management very accessible Growing company - plenty of opportunity for promotion and development Great product Culture is exceptionally collaborative and positive - hats off to management for maintaining this through insane growth (not an easy thing to do) Very competitive salaries, commissions and benefits Great social element

      Cons

      The company is in hyper growth mode - things move very fast and there may not be formal processes in place for everything (this is a pro as well as a con).

      Great people, collaborative, positive and supportive environment. Company very stable. Good medium term career prospects.

      Cons

      Salary a little lower than other tech companies. Mandatory 3 days per week in the office.
