      -Culture here is fun & inclusive. -Managers really care about their team taking PTOs and mental health days -High growth company -CEO still tries to keep in touch with everybody from all regions -Great product

      Pros

      I have had the pleasure in working with some great leaders and teams across regions since joining, management are eager to see you grow and be successful. I was set up for success from the moment of joining and continue to get all support and resource I need to do my job well. In only a few months I have been able to connect with my departments VPs, Senior leaders and many inspiring people in the teams and it is an open door policy which I love!! I am pushed to explore more, share my ideas and own my role. Plus my team are AMAZING.

      Cons

      No cons at this stage - my only note would be we are a very fast paced and fast expanding business, change is a constant and being able to adapt will really help in your time here.

      Great Company, Amazing Product, Great People, Caring Culture - Thats is why I am still here after 4+ years !!!

      Pros

      The Exec team (Oli and Alexi are amazing) , the day to day people running the business across all departments, the overall culture and to top it off, an amazing product! Once you get Datadog in the hands of smart people (DevOps, SRE, Engineers) it sells it self. The rapid time to value with minimal effort ensures customers get a very strong ROI , resulting in very happy customers and substantial organic growth.

      Cons

      It is no con, but worth noting. No company achieves the incredible growth that Datadog has seen and continues to see without an element of hard work. This is a PG lead business, all the support is here to help, so if you can do the PG basics well, the only limitation to how successful you will be is... you. If you don't like writing smart intelligent VITO's and picking up the phone, then probs looks else where.
