      Pros

      - Overall, strong leadership and great management - Awesome sales enablement. Even though the technology itself can be complex, they really train you well and provide ongoing learning opportunities. - Welcoming and friendly culture - Awesome benefits and insurance

      Cons

      - Quotas can be difficult to meet depending on the accounts and/or regions you are assigned to - APAC region lacks the operational support as compared to other regions even though expectations and quotas are the same - Product development and pricing updates happen very quickly so you need to keep up-to-date on the latest information

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Incompetent managers who only know how to micromanage their employees and who have zero experience in the area they are managing. A total game of favoritism here where the people who work hard don't get any recognition. HR's involvement to increase retention and job satisfaction is nonexistent.
