I joined Datadog at the start of 2021 and am loving it so far! While I was hesitant to start a new job remotely, I couldn't have been more surprised as the team did an excellent job onboarding me and not once did I feel isolated. Each new hire is also assigned a mentor and a buddy which is so helpful. There are lots of fun virtual team events to keep the culture alive from wine tasting, escape the room, game nights, and more! Everyone I've met (virtually) in the Denver office has been so welcoming and kind. Can't wait to be in office again.

I have interviewed at a boat load of companies, but Datadog gave the best experience I've ever had. My Recruiter was in constant and consistent communication with me; keeping me updated on where in the process they were and what the potential next steps were. All my interviewers were incredibly kind and answered all my questions to the fullest extent. Now, having been hired, I am consistently impressed with the culture. Every person I've encountered is incredibly kind and willing to help - even if it's not in their job description. I'm additionally impressed at the focus on diversity, especially the focus on finding diverse candidates to bring into the company. Definitely a company that is walking-the-walk, and not just talking.
