      Leadership is very transparent. The company has also given us a lot of resources to make the best out of working from home.

      - the company really cares about the people : people working for it or even mankind (charity actions for instance) - it feels like they work hard for every employee's happiness, which is great - great benefits (health, sport, culture, kinder garden, etc...) - Awesome spirit and people, employees are proud to work for Datadog - as a software engineer : you work for a product you use daily, very rewarding - Very challenging engineering problematics - I get to work with some of the very best engineers I've met - there is a real effort to mentor every employee and everyone make progress and evolve

      Cons

      - on call shifts , they are a must have but remain a pain.
