      Pros

      Very warm and welcoming culture, lots of learnings around it infrastructure.

      Cons

      relatively low pay compared to similarly sized tech companies and roles on the same level. Reaching Quota is almost impossible depending on market you are in. Quota is the same for everyone no matter if you work Israel or France.

      Direct management is very professional, company is great, ambitious and looks for excellency.

      Cons

      Upper management tend to forget our DNA and to focus on narrow figures and subjective feelings to manage.
