      Excellent Leadership, Deal Reviews, PRPs, Tier 1 account reviews, Meddic based selling. A brilliant environment to develop into a world class AE and consistently smash your number out of the park

      Sales Targets fairly aggressive, takes a real PG mindset to build enough pipe to succeed

      Pros

      - Product is phenomenal and the organisation has a very clear definition of what is a good fit & what isn't to make qualification easier - Earning potential is very real and tangible, even in the first year - Very consistent communication on expectations and what is required to be successful

      Cons

      - Pressure on PG can be intense, especially when first ramping in the first few months & learning a technical project & sales motion - Historically been very remote focussed which can impact social side and collaboration, but in recent months this has changed with some more office-focussed days where team tries to all come in and collaborate (not mandatory)
