Company is great. Friendly people, everyone willing to help. Share price is great. Great direction in terms of technology, and well ahead of the competition. A lot of growth in terms of revenue, and a lot of internal promotions.

Cons

Some process to navigate when getting things done. Its a company coming to terms with its size.
