      Some of the back office processes are SBM-focused yet, even though most of the company revenue is Enterprise - however they are changing it.

      -Hyper-growth environment, teams are continuing to grow which gives great room for career progression for the SDRs -They look after their employees, the office is building a great cross department collaboration with our "Pup Parties" and the free lunches! -EMEA leadership are open to feedback and putting new ideas in place to better the company -SDR org is really ramping up and the culture given a remote environment is continuing to evolve -They actual listen to employee feedback and make changes from it

      -Old processes are being changed, but just means there can be some teething processes
