Co-workers are exceptionally positive and supportive. Great location in downtown Boston. Excellent perks in addition to standard perks (fitness reimbursement, catered lunches, monthly company-wide events, snacks, pre-tax transit benefits, unlimited PTO). Fast paced and exciting. Definitely feels like management is really invested in your success.

Cons

Work hours are on the longer side, but when you like being at work it isn't actually a con.

Pros

Datadog has one of the greatest start up cultures i've ever been apart of. Aside from the great perks and incredible work/life balance, they are always open to new ideas and thinking outside the box. Communication flows perfectly from leadership and we have a great vision of the future of the organization. They work extra hard at making sure that everyone has the tools they need to succeed in their role and grow within the organization.

Cons

I gained 10 pounds after starting from the catered lunches and fully stocked snacks/fridge. But then I lost it because they reimburse for gym memberships!
