      Genuinely cares about their employees Fantastic vision and product that is market-leading Understands the importance of continuous training and upskilling Ample opportunities to learn and grow World-class sales approach, methodology and training Huge opportunity ahead for those that genuinely want it Flexible working (even before Covid!) Strong management and processes

      Cons

      Nothing major as of yet - your success here is really down to how much you're willing to learn, adapt and work. Time management and knowing how to be effective with everything that needs to be done can be overwhelming but it will set you up for life with the right skills. A hard but very rewarding job.

      Pros

      A lot of greenfield account to go for in the regions, We get to use different solutions to help Sales reps prospecting, The management is great and listening to what the reps have to say, Opportunities to progress internally (go to different functions or management) Great company culture, Great benefits (gym, lunch catered a few times a week, phone etc...),

      Cons

      It can be challenging as Datadog is not 100% established in the regions or in customers' mind, The company remains very US-centric which can be frustrating at times, We still need to hire key people in the different regions to be less dependant on the US teams.

      Probably one of the Best Company that I ever work for: 1) My managers (APAC) are great in supporting in my careers and humorous at the same time 2) Trust is given to the employees (no micromanage management) 3) Excellent Work from Home support by the company - I get to claim my Secretlab chair (dream chair) from Datadog 4) World-class onboarding for new hires at Boston (before Covid-19) 5) Plenty of training from the companies to ensure you are competitive 6) Unlimited annual leave!

      Cons

      Nothing! Maybe Datadog can get us a puppy as pet.
