Pros
The leadership really cares about keeping their employees happy. There is not a lot of politics or negative vibes which is really refreshing. Everyone in the organization is willing to help one another and do what it takes to make a successful company.
Cons
Not really a con: It's a startup so there are still things that need to be figured out. Don't go in expecting all the bells and whistles to be figured out.
