People - younger crowd, Growth environment and mindset - give you the opportunity to grow within the company and role by role, Management and leadership want to help you succeed, Great training programs to help you learn the role and product, so many awesome perks (great benefits, stock, lunch catered 3 days a week, lots and lots of food and coffee in office, office is beautiful

Cons

Salary is low but everything else makes up for it, and they give you a lot of agency to be successful if you put in the work

Horrible management and The pay is below market rate They're hiring very aggressively to keep up with the Churn + Burn type of environment with little to no formal career development. I am a current employee and my team, and I are tired of being told that leadership and management "needs to do better." That means nothing without you actually doing something. It feels like you're daring people to leave (four of whom did recently).
