Pros

People are fun, management tends to be good, pay is pretty decent

Cons

Very fratty culture, little to no diversity in the sales org, and extreme favoritism from management.

Pros

Good pay Good managers TAM role is challenging with a lot of opportunities to learn Start up feel: you can take on projects, try new things etc. Independence/flexibility with your schedule and approach No day is the same There are tons of opportunities to built out systems to help scale the team

Cons

Start up feel also means a bit of a lack of structure No 401k matching The scope of the job is broad
