      Good Culture for employees Industry Leader Very competitive pay Well known product

      Cons

      Very small population of management team not good. Overall, the team and company is great but there are some people who have been there for a long time and are not experienced managing people that are different from them. Very mixed development approach, sometimes suggesting one thing and then the next week saying something completely different.

      Nowhere is perfect but at least you feel like your voice is heard and matters at Datadog. They really care about the people

      Leadership will have an idea and want to execute quickly without it being thought out
