Bottoms up, which can be good, but also challenging at times

Lack of Recognition: Talented individuals often go unnoticed. Leadership rarely acknowledges contributions, which can be demoralising over time. Exploring internal roles is discouraged, leading to career stagnation. Forced Exits and Silent Layoffs: I've personally seen several colleagues pushed out under vague circumstances. There is a pattern of quiet exits and unspoken pressure. Misleading Reviews: Many of the overly positive reviews here don’t reflect reality. Only consider joining if you’re content clocking in, doing exactly what you’re told, and not being challenged or given space to grow. Otherwise, this environment could negatively impact your career trajectory.
