It's a great company to work, there is a lot of collaboration between teams. Also, you can learn about the latests technologies, so you are always up to date. As the company is still growing, you can have a lot of impact with your work

Cons

Not much really, maybe that the company is moving from being a small one to a medium size, so some process are changing due to the growth
