      Decent Company / Slow Paced

      Decent people, reasonable pay and perks and fast growing share price

      Cons

      Slow paced, enterprise sales cycles. A lot of employees claiming to not like or want any process or bureaucracy, while not realizing how much process and and how many inefficiencies they already have. I left a giant company (think 100k+ employees) to join Datadog (1000 employees) and I experienced more politics and unnecessary process in 1.2 years at Datadog than I did in 5 years at previous company. Additionally, no 401k matching as the billionaire owners don't believe it is something they should offer employees.
