Supplied lunch 3 times a week. Health insurance.

Cons

the support engineering department is an absolute mess. constantly changing goal posts, revolving door of people as they become burned out. no future career growth. its very clear that KPI's matter over employees mental health STAY AWAY unless you want to pay for weekly therapy sessions!

Pros

- The equipment provided - Continuous support from other co-workers - Flexibility to some extent

Cons

1. Limited career growth opportunity 2. ZERO opportunities for lateral move to other departments that is not Sales 3. Surrealistic KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for Technical Support Engineers and other areas 4. ZERO bonus in Sales participations for Technical Support Engineers (if a huge customer signs up for the company services because of your support, or your Demo, you won't see a dime from that Sale) 5. Higher management (President, VPs and etc) is complacent when customers abuse the support team or the customer success team 6. Call-center duties, like chat shifts 7. VPs, President, SVPs are nothing more than slave-drivers who makes a lot of money with little to no work and don't even know the what kind of product the company provides or the work their subordinates do 8. Company prefers to hire people externally with no knowledge of the product than giving opportunities internally 9. Company does ZERO EFFORT to look after employees' mental health. Their external support for that provided by the company is outdated and the actions taken internally are non-existent (other than the occasional Pizza or drinks in a bar)
