In a fast-paced environment sometimes it can be challenging to communicate as often as we'd like. Dataminr is definitely filled with an incredibly diverse set of professionals, with varied backgrounds, talents, and experiences; it is the fabric of our culture that helps fuel our collaboration, innovation, and our product road map. While all those positive elements are in place, in a growing company we are bound to have some growing pains. That said, we are determined to strike the right balance between various departments, leaders, and their teams.We recognize that we have challenging work ahead of us, and an amazing potential to positively impact the world and the clients we serve.
