      Pros

      I loved working for Dataminr because of the people and benefits. They provided a wide range of benefits including the snacks and food but also paying for insurance, which is great for employees to feel valued. The people, including those in management, were very easy to work with and there was a collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work can be a bit face paced, which would require a few longer nights but overall I had good work/life balance.

      Pros

      I get to work from home (even with my toddler some days)and do what I love. I get to travel! And Benefits are better than any other company such as free health care and unlimited time off!

      Cons

      There are no downsides because I love my job!
