Pros

Dataminr has been a great place for me to grow in my expertise, and career wise. There are many, many ways for people who work hard and have ideas to make a mark for themselves here. Great sense of purpose as we build a meaningful product that has amazing real world impact. Our team is a passionate bunch of people and I love working with them everyday.

Cons

There are the usual growing pains of any fast growth company. I would advise to see this as a challenge and an opportunity which will both be fairly short lived as we go through this period of the company's life.

Senior management has been replaced and is not as good as before. the product is not as good as people think it is. we have a few major. clients that keep the lights on. work life balance is nice though, the people are nice that aren't managers

- Great company culture. Inclusive and engaging. - Fast paced environment. - Open to change and new ideas from everyone. - They place a strong emphasis on hiring the right people. My coworkers are intelligent, capable and fun to work with.

Cons

Due to the speed of growth this organization has had. There is a big opportunity to improve current processes that might be a little outdated.
