Very clear strategy and a shared mission which genuinely extends to saving lives. Open straightforward culture, regular change due to high growth but done in a way that listens and learns from employees. Significant focus on employee career development.

The high growth of the company may not suit everyone, it suits me very well

They truly care about the mental health of each employee. They also care about career growth and development among many other things. There are a lot of processes and resources in place that allow for this. The people at the company are incredible and inspirational and make you want to do your best work every day. A very fast paced place and you have to be ready to keep up! Exciting work that really matters and is never monotonous...

Definitely the people, who are really smart, caring, and driven -- and that comes from the top. The culture has a natural focus on employees, their development and engagement. The product is compelling and the anecdotal stories about the lives we’re saving and/or protecting gives everyone a real sense of mission I’ve never experienced in another company.

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly, there’s a fair pace of dynamic change, which is not for everyone.
